I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the MRT station and close to the bustling shopping area. I was able to easily explore the city and visit tourist spots without any hassle. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms were equipped with central air con, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment. Lastly, the value for money was exceptional, with attractive prices for the basic amenities provided. I also appreciated that breakfast was included, which added to the overall convenience of my stay.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

Nothing is perfect.

The location was perfect, situated between Ximen station and Taipei main station, with a short 5-minute walk to the shopping street. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room size was as advertised, spacious and comfortable. The cleaning lady was kind and considerate, even cleaning our room after we woke up late at 2pm.

The only minor improvement needed was with the lighting in the rooms. It took a bit of trial and error to find the switches, which were not located near the door.

Great location, just a few minutes away from the shopping street and very accessible to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The staff was quite helpful, and the room size was quite big. The shower/toilet room was equipped with the necessary amenities.

The room was a bit old, the wallpaper was torn, and there were small roaches in the room. The cleaning staff couldn't properly assist us with changing the safe box combination, and the pillows were too thin and soft.

The hotel's location near the metro station and several shops is very convenient. the clean room was a plus, as well as the small but functioning bathroom. We also appreciated the friendly staff.

The lack of wardrobe in the room and the overpriced rates for peak season. the absence of a proper place to put our clothes made the room feel crammed and chaotic.
